participated in this expo at peek for the TDOR and trans awareness week. made this sculpture based on something i made for painting last school year. the opening was so moving and powerful and i am really proud of participating even though i would have liked to be involved more, but there is next year for that!

painted this. i enjoyed the painting process and i sort of like the picture and i like how it turned out it just... doesn't do much for me right now. it doesn't really resonate.

i hereby introduce you to my practice of the dagelijkse floep. and yes i will call it that screw you. it's where i just make something every day no matter what it is and the point of it has become to keep myself exploring and playing and not being afraid to do something different than what i usually do. so that's what i keep in mind when doing it (most of the time). i'm not quite back to doing it every day but working on it.

what i've been doing for my painting class. i have been struggling a lot, waiting for a Magic Process to kick in, sort of? and being kind of hyper aware of my style i think. and then i realised that and last class Lieven was like umm you need to be good at painting so then i was like ok let me bobbi essers you and i did with these borzoi and i think it turned out good and also it looks like i made it. so

one of my lovely dogs i drew. so freeing. i loved drawing him. they are so beautiful and inspiring. and a picture i took as part of our first video project. i feel like i didn't challenge myself enough with the project. but while i was doing it it felt like i was, since i was trying really hard to keep it simple, one action, whatnot. but then i saw what everyone else did and mine didnt feel like enough. but now that i'm writing this i think i did good.
